If you or someone you know needs to make a claim for Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) in the future you should go online at www.direct.gov.uk./jcponline. There’s no need to queue in the Jobcentre or on the phone. You can claim online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and there’s help and assistance available throughout the process, should you get stuck or have any questions.

The course will run in Kirkby College on Tuesday 18th September from 10am-2:30pm.
